Billing Specialist/ Billing Coordinator - Virtual

New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is actively seeking a resource for a 6-month Contract position. This role is 100% remote.
Our client is searching for a Billing Specialist/ Billing Coordinator to perform the following services:

• Issue Purchase Orders
• Purchase order issuing and management
• Invoice tracking and closure in multiple systems
• Purchase Order Tracker maintenance

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of progressive accounting experience
• 1-2 years of experience with billing management, billing systems, budget tracking, managing purchase orders, and purchase order reconciliation.
• Looking for someone with more project management experience and a general accounting background as they will be managing the PO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Ability to perform month end close and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Coupa experience would be helpful

Compensation: $28.00 per hour
