Soft Collections Representative
Endurance Warranty Services is seeking a full-time Soft Collection Representative to join our growing Department!
The Soft Collections Representative is responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and resolving incoming calls of which the collection of outstanding balances is the focus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Call account holders to discuss delinquency and recover debt
- Handle incoming calls regarding billing issues and payments
- Gather relevant financial information
- Managing accounts in assigned and using appropriate collection techniques to collect outstanding balances
- Negotiate repayment options on overdue accounts
- Achieve/exceed monthly performance objectives
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft office products is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Passion for working with and helping people
Third-party collections, sales and call center experience is an asset.
