We are seeking a Billing Data Analyst to help our team with a very important billing platform migration. You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices. This position is temporary and could last from 2-4 weeks. May have potential for a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Recreate reoccurring invoice template in a new billing software
- Audit account billing history to confirm each account is being accurately charged
- Distribute invoices to customers
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other data entry tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
- Experience in data entry
- Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Previous experience with Quickbooks online
- Preferred experience with ConnectWise manage
