We are seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our finance team at Puget Sound Kidney Centers (PSKC).
As a Billing Coordinator, you are responsible for researching, clearing, and resubmitting claims and for accurate follow up on accounts receivables. You will also be responsible for assisting patients with obtaining and maintaining health insurance coverages and work with members of the patient care team to address any barriers. This is an onsite position at our Corporate Office located in Everett. Regular schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay range for this position is $17.14 - $28.69 per hour. Wage offers are determined based on multiple factors including previous experience in the same or similar role.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Experience with insurance and third-party billing associated with health care benefits and medical terminology required.
- Bundled consolidated billing experience preferred.
- Dialysis billing experience preferred.
- QMS experience preferred.
