Full Time – 40 hours

Americomm LLC., established in PA 2007, is a multi-disciplined communications engineering firm servicing public, private and institutional clients throughout the North East Region. We currently have offices located in Carlisle Pennsylvania and Leola Pennsylvania. Our team of professionals is dedicated to detail, innovative solutions, and cost control utilizing the latest technology and methodologies.

Description/Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Carlisle office. This full time position creates invoices for our customers. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Prepare invoices based on current rates and requirements.

· Correspond with department managers / employees to resolve issues / questions.

· Upload invoices to customer portal

· Monitor accounts receivable using excel spreadsheets and other reports

· Manages Quickbooks reports as requested.

Job Qualifications

• Previous billing / invoice experience required.
• Excellent data entry skills required.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and advanced knowledge of Quickbooks.
• Must be able to perform the essential duties.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work full time/ 40 hours a week with possible overtime.
