Job Duties:
- Develops training resources including PowerPoint presentations, user guides and instructional videos.
- Delivers end-user training in-person and virtual.
- Maintains SharePoint training resources site.
- Manage and support service requests that come through the training inbox.
- Consults with subject matter experts to identify and address specific training needs.
- Creates surveys and provides periodic reporting on training and development accomplishments.
- Maintains, tracks, and communicates training schedules and program offerings.

Requirements
- Associate degree
- Verifiable years of professional instructional design experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience developing and delivering system end-user training preferably in ERP platforms.
- Minimum of 2 years presentation and facilitation experience.
- Minimum of 2 years working with subject matter experts to develop training outcomes and meet objectives.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish (Read and Write)
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to customer experience excellence
- 2+ years of experience with presentation and facilitation experience
- Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid Texas issued driver's license

Preferences
- Bachelor’s degree (bus. admin., education, psychology, human resources, or related field) or Accredited Training Certification
- 5 years experience in developing and delivering system end-user training preferably in ERP platforms
- 2 years experience working in community centers
- Designs training programs, classes, workshops, and on-line help
- Delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles
- Teaching virtual classes
- Training and education experience
- OneDrive, SharePoint, Microsoft teams experience
General Information
- Monday – Friday | 40hrs
- Regular Full-time | Onsite Position
- Hybrid Schedule
- May be required to work more than forty hours during the workweek and/or weekends or on-call 24 hours a day to meet special projects or deadlines
