Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for various positions
• Conduct phone and in-office interviews
• Manage all stages of the recruitment and hiring process
• Create interview questions and other hiring materials
• Centralize candidate data and communications in a unified platform
• Analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire
• Identify future hiring needs
• Organize and participate in hiring events such as job fairs and career days
• Ensure prompt and professional communication with candidates throughout the process
• Review HR practices to ensure consistency in the recruitment process
• Screen resumes and conduct company assessments
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide necessary training
• Build strong relationships with past applicants and passive candidates for future opportunities

Bilingual Staffing Recruiter Preferences:

• Previous experience is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred
• Ability to devise sourcing strategies for various roles
• Knowledge of employment laws is an advantage
• Experience in screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviews, writing assessments, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Social media recruitment skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Punctuality and dedication
• Team-oriented approach

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
