Allstate Derek Kaplan Agency is hiring for Insurance Sales Agents to join our growing team. The Agency has been serving the Mid-Atlantic region for over 50 years. As a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent, you will help grow the Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships with the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customers understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships as a trusted advisor.

Responsibilities
Developing insurance quotes, prospecting and generating new business
Ensuring a positive customer experience
Processing payments, claims, and performing general customer service duties
Offering each customer the opportunity to add another line of insurance
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license is required
- Sales experience is preferred
- Insurance experience is preferred
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
