Bilingual (Spanish) Graphic Designer & Social Media

Summary

This is hybrid role which consists of being able to produce quality graphic design material for advertisement and Social Media purposes. You will be responsible for communicating both our vision and products to the rest of the world using layout design, photography, and vector graphics. You will collaborate with the marketing team to produce informational and sales collateral using a cohesive design language that seamlessly compliments both our physical and digital marketing presence. Also, you will be scheduling your graphics and copy out onto social platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce an extensive range of digital and print materials for multiple brands. These will include the creation and maintenance of product brochures, flyers, posters, banners, billboards, advertisements, presentations, social posts, newsletters, HR materials, yard signs, vehicle signs, newsletters, and point-of-sale-materials.
• Creatively implement and maintain design standards to produce consistent results.

• Ensure that high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule. Work simultaneously on multiple projects to meet plant internal customer requests.
• Collaborate with marketing creative lead, project manager, and internal clients via Microsoft Teams, Adobe Libraries, and Adobe Share for review processes.
• Enhance and retouch photographic assets.
• Understand and have a strong knowledge with Social Media platforms which include: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter & more.
• Must have an understanding on how to explain to our Corporate Leaders, Sales Teams and Marketing Team about keeping up with Social Media algorithms, best times to post on each platform and best practices.
• Comfortable with speaking in front of large groups when it comes to trainings.
• Creative and out of the box thinker when it comes to Social Media and graphic design
• Modify and enhance vector assets including graphics and product diagrams.
• Utilize Cloud storage to manage projects and organize assets for a range of brands and regional internal clients.

Competencies

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, with an emphasis in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus). All Social Media platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter & more.

• Understanding of digital photography principles and ability to perform seamless retouches, enhancements, and edits related to integrating photography into layouts.

• Ability to utilize collaborative tools, including Microsoft Teams and Adobe Share for review.
• Strong file management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and establish strong working relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Confident understanding of design principles and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related disciplines or demonstrated equivalent work experience required.
• Standout portfolio demonstrating creativity, Social Media accounts managed and a breadth of relevant design skills (with emphasis on design layout/typography, photography/retouch, and work with vector graphics) required.
• At least1-2 years of work-related experience preferred.
• Strong English & Spanish Speaker required

Compensation

• $45,000 + based on experience
