Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, or related field
Associate’s degree with 1 year of case management experience
OR
High School Diploma with 2 years of case management experience
- Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills
- Bilingual Spanish speaker required
