Recruiter duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for recruitment administration and support to recruiting process
- Design and manage job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
- Provide a strong multi-channel approach to recruit, including job board and all social media platforms
- Coordinate job fairs throughout the city on a monthly basis
- Interview candidates following company's rules and regulations
- Adhere to laws, rules, and regulations
- Adhere to personal data privacy regulations
- Update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) provide recruiting activity and reports
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish – read & write
- Demonstrate successful previous recruiting experience, at least 1-2 years
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate exceptional people skills being able to chat with everyone from diverse walks of life
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, ATS and HRIS software, databases, and management systems -WinTeam and Kwantek preferred
- Must have an ability to work with minimal immediate supervision
