Premier Electrical Staffing is The Nationwide Premier Source for Electrical Staffing and is currently seeking an Electrical Recruiter to join our successful Irving office - Bilingual & electrical experience is a MUST.
We want someone who will work hard, be a team player, have a positive attitude, and possess the drive to be successful. If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will need to be able to multi-task, work well with a computer, be comfortable making phone calls, and remain organized. You should be motivated and a self-starter. You must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. This is a fast-paced environment so be prepared to work hard but don’t forget to take a quick break for some rock paper scissors or Mario Kart.
Bonus points if you are experienced in hiring employees, or have electrical field experience/knowledge of electrical work.
You will spend your day:
· Placing job ads
· Making phone calls
· Screening applicants
· Scheduling and conducting phone and in-office interviews
· Ensuring the accurate completion of employment paperwork, skill assessments, and conduit bending
· Run background checks, E-Verify, and drug tests on new hires
· Maintain organized records of candidates and employees
· Assist all branches in the company to help fill current job openings
Transitioning to Operations or Sales Manager:
- Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs designed to enhance your leadership and recruiting skills, preparing you for the transition to an Operations Manager or Sales Manager role.
- Relocation: Upon successful transition to the Operations Manager or Sales Manager role, relocation may be required to support the company's expansion plans or to fill strategic positions in new locations.
