What we offer:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated bilingual receptionist to join the team at our busy office. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and an energetic personality, and will be able to greet all visitors with a smile. In addition, the receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, routing calls appropriately and a variety of administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities include:
•Answering phone calls
•Greeting and assisting customers
•Receive/Place orders
•Recieve/take payments
•Create daily invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
