YOUR ROLE
You will manage daily targets, goals, and process flows for Receiving, Returns, Inventory, and Outbound related activities. You will provide feedback and train the team, with a mindset towards cross training and people development.You will report to the General Manager, and your typical shift will be Monday - Friday , 8.00 am - 5:00 pm.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will support department Managers and Supervisors for smooth and accurate flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse
• Ensure adherence to the standard training program for all levels of employees
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies; make improvements when needed
• Complete annual performance reviews of all direct reports
• Establish long range labor needs based on sales forecasts and input from management with the support of the General Manager
• Make recommendations to improve operations using continuous improvement techniques, driving cost saving initiatives and tracking savings
• Develop and direct programs to ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and utilization of the facility
• Plan and schedule logistics services including receiving, inspection, storing, delivery, handling returned/damaged goods, maintenance, security and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner
• Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding warehouse operations
• Ownership of tracking and documentation of out-of-scope work orders and overtime hours worked.
• Maintain employee awareness and compliance with QSHE (Quality, Safety & Health, Environment)
• Coordinate and assist with internal and external QMS, compliance, customer and operational audits
• Ensure required training is provided to all employees in support of the QMS according to the Training Matrix.
• Ensure that discrepancies are documented using the appropriate reporting systems (TlPs)
• Interact and supply reporting as per customer requirements and participate in weekly and monthly business reviews

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• 5+ years of management experience in logistics environment; pharma experience is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse environment with WMS technologies
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong working knowledge (Excel, Power Point)
• Successful track record in leadership and supervising the work of subordinates
• Experience with ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems a plus
