Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual On-Call After-Hours Support staff. This position requires availability during evenings and overnight hours to respond to emergencies, urgent situations, and critical incidents outside of regular business hours.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Respond promptly to after-hours calls, emails, or alerts from clients, customers, or internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish.

• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely or provide guidance for immediate problem resolution.

• Coordinate with on-duty personnel or escalate issues to appropriate personnel for further assistance if necessary.

• Maintain detailed records of after-hours activities, including incidents, resolutions, and communications.

• Follow established protocols and procedures for handling emergencies and urgent situations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction even during non-standard hours.

Requirements:

• 
  Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken).

• Previous experience in a customer service, technical support, or similar role preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to be available during after-hours shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Familiarity with relevant software, systems, or technologies preferred.
