Bilingual Office Assistant

Looking for an Office Assistant to coordinate and facilitate residential & commercial loan processing. Must be able to speak Mandarin Chinese and be fluent in both spoken and written English. The office is located at a very convenient location and comfortable working environment. Huge room for career growth. College degree is preferred, but not required. Freshly graduated students are welcomed. Provide necessary training and H1B sponsorship

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist loan officers and loan processors to complete initial review and collect full loan application required documents from borrower.
• 
  Assist loan officers and loan processors to input loan applicants’ information into loan originated system and lender system.
• 
  Order requested documents from related third-party vendors and assist to verify the accuracy of the documents.
• 
  Promptly respond to client’s questions and concerns, and follow up with clients at all times, keeping them informed of the loan process
• 
  Performs other duties as assigned

Pay

• Payrate commensurates with individual experiences.
• Salary and benefits will be discussed again upon successful conclusion of probationary period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Preferred)
