Bilingual Membership Director

Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell gym memberships to both English and Spanish-speaking customers

- Engage with potential customers and provide personalized recommendations based on their fitness goals and needs

- Conduct tours of the facility, showcasing the gym equipment, amenities, and services to potential members

- Proactively reach out to potential leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media

- Maintain accurate records of sales and prospective customers in our Guest Tracking system

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns

- Participate in gym events and community outreach programs to generate leads and increase brand awareness

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a MUST

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness or similar industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs

- Strong negotiation and closing skills

- Knowledge and interest in fitness and wellness trends

- Self-disciplined and target-driven mindset

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay: $15.80 - $30.00 per hour
