One of the leading financial institutions is seeking a Bilingual JapaneseAdministrative Assistant who will be providing the department with various administrative supports.
Location: Midtown, New York, NY
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Responsibilities:
Coordinate travels, meetings, events, and conference calls, and manage calendars
Manage expense/budget and update the related reports
Prepare letters and presentation materials
Keep the contact list up-to-date
Arrange desk space and equipment for new hires
Manage various business related documents by storing, sending, obtaining signatures, and recording
Order office equipment, contact appropriate parties request fix/maintenance
Handle mailings, letters, and packages
Manage the database by entering clients information, balance reports, credit references, KYC reports
Attend visitors and serve refreshments
Requirements
- Work experience as an Admin Assistant in a corporate environment
- Bilingual Japanese/English
- Excellent MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to details
- Team-worker
- Flexible to work overtime occasionally
