Job Description
We are looking for a customer service-oriented Bilingual Junior Loan Officer to assist the team with providing a great experience to clients up front! This person must be experienced with working with borrowers running credit, calculating income, and running LP and DU. You will also be gathering initial documentation and setting up a complete file to submit to Processing. This position requires someone who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks at once, and have excellent time management.
Compensation:$36,000 + commission
Responsibilities:- Taking incoming lead calls and scheduling appointments for the Loan Officer
- Managing the internal CRM database
- Various other tasks assigned by the Loan Officer to support the team
- Managing the Loan Officers calendar
- Running LP and DU
- Pre-qualifying borrowers upfront
- Gathering initial documentation and putting together a complete file to submit to Processing
- A minimum of 3 years in the mortgage industry
- Bilingual - Spanish speaking
- Experience in Encompass is preferred but not required
- Experience running LP and DU
- Experience pre-qualifying and structuring a loan file
- Positive and team player attitude
- Customer service-centric and passionate about providing an exceptional level of service
