We are looking for a customer service-oriented Team Loan Officer to assist the team with providing a great experience to clients and dual agents through the mortgage loan process! This person must be experienced with working with borrowers, taking loan applications, running credit, calculating income, and running LP and DU. You will also be taking, structuring the file, gathering initial documentation and setting up a complete file to submit to Processing. This position requires someone who has strong mortgage knowledge, is passionate about providing an exceptional experience. The Inside Loan officer will be working with our dual agents who are licensed realtors, as well as a licensed MLO.
Qualifications
A Minimum of 5 years in the mortgage industry
Extremely confident and knowledgeable in various loan programs
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Extensive experience pre-qualifying and structuring a loan file
Customer service-centric and passionate about providing an exceptional level of service
NMLS SAFE ACT compliant, holding an active Colorado MLO license
Excellent follow-up and communication skills with borrowers, internal partners, and teammates
Bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
You will also be taking, structuring the file, gathering initial documentation and setting up a complete file to submit to Processing
Acting as the Team Loan Officer, taking leads from Pre Qualification to submission to Processing
Take thorough and complete loan applications, gather all initial documentation to Pre Qualify the borrower, including credit reports, run DU/LP/AUS, prepare the file, and submit to processing with a thorough cover letter
Fully structure, price and lock the loan
Working with our realtor partners to convert leads into loans
Calling leads back in a timely manner
Highly organized and extremely responsive
Educate customers on best financing solutions
