Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist!
Responsibilities:
- Fluent in Spanish to translate verbally or written to assist team members and or the management team
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, conducting phone interviews, and setting up onsite interviews with the management team
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations,
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases, such as Paychex Flex and Odyssey
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Ability to work all production shifts as training requirements dictate per the direction of the Human Resources Manager
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Highly proficient in managing an employer Indeed platform
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Physical working conditions:
Shop and office environment. Presence in production areas requires use of hardhat, safety glasses, steel toe shoes and hearing protection as required. Employee is regularly required to sit; occasional walking, bending, stooping. Requires the use of various electronic equipment including keyboards, telephones, copying equipment and phones. Must be able to speak clearly for effective verbal communications. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus,

Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
