As Bilingual(French/English)CustomerService Representative, you will deliverthe best possible experience for our customers. Serving as the friendly voiceand trusted resourceof the Encompass, you will bein constant communication with customers,andsupporting them throughout the entire ordering process. If youthriveat building strong relationships with customers by displayinghigh energy,havegreat attention to detail, andhave apassion to go above and beyond - We want to meet you!

A Typical Day
- Proactively respond to product/service inquiries via telephone, email or fax.
- Accurately place and process orders per Customer Service Representative guidelines.
- Recognize and act on the opportunity to up sell additional products and services to customers.
- Follow-up on outbound calls, assigned cases and quotes in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all open quotes and unresolved customer inquiries.
- Properly and accurately documenting all calls.
To Land This Opportunity
- You're an all-star communicator, fluent in written and verbal English and French.
- You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor in troubleshooting.
- You build strong customer relationships and develop loyal customers.
- You thrive working independently and efficiently in meeting all deadlines.
- You exemplify all company policies and procedures.
- You know MS Office (Word and Excel); you may not be a master but you're on your way
- You have a High School Diploma and/or combination of customer service experience.
- Your average typing speed is 40 wpm.
- You have reliable, high speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mpbs)
- You live in one of these states:Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Nevada, Indiana, or New York.
