SalaryMA/medical records clerk needed for Urology practice. 40 hours a week.
Duties will include:
Medical assisting (rooming patients, taking vitals, setting up patients for procedures, contacting patients with lab results, triaging nurse related phone calls)
Scanning documents to patient charts (progress notes, lab results, diagnostic imaging)
Faxing progress notes with attachments back to primary providers
Processing medical records request
Processing cancer patients into cancer registry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
