Bilingual Data Entry position.
This position is temporary-to-hire, M-F 8am-5pm
*Bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement for this opportunity*
Job responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Handling inquiries and incoming work requests
- Sending out requests for quotes to Vendors
- Once quote is received back from Vendor, send out quotes to customers through email
- General administrative office duties - including, but not limited to typing & preparing quotes
- Work alongside a sales team
Primary Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficient in use of email and internet
- Quickbooks Knowledgeable
- Good numeracy skills
- Accurate keyboard skills
- Detail-oriented; Data Entry
- Willing to learn and portrays a strong work ethic
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
Pay is $16-$18/HR
