Bilingua. Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English)
12+ month contract
Dallas, TX (Remote)
Monday-Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
$17hr W2
Job Summary:
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a courteous and timely manner.
Listen actively to customers, identify their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
Handle customer complaints, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
Accurately input and manage customer information in the company's databases or CRM system.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies, product defects, and service interruptions.
Escalate complex problems to higher levels of support or management when necessary.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, trends, and service improvements.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, such as sales, technical support, and management, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require a bachelor's degree).
Proven experience in customer service or a related field (may vary depending on the position's level).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and office applications.
Ability to adapt to various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Multilingual skills may be a plus in some roles.
