Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Work from Home!)
We are hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to work remotely in Virginia or New Jersey!
Starting pay rate is up to $18.00 an hour.
Training Times are 9:00AM – 5:30PM for Approximately 3 Weeks.
Production Schedule is 9:30AM - 6PM Monday - Friday

About the Healthcare Customer Service Representative role…
In this position you will assist patients, healthcare providers and advocates, making outbound calls and taking inbound return calls or transfer calls.
Our call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent Customer Service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.
Majority of the day is on the phone. It is primarily outbound calls to attorney offices, insurance carriers, providers and patients.
There are inbound calls that are return calls or transferred from our call center. It is a production-based position, where standards of cases touched, and file completions are measured. It is not a scripted position. Each call is different based on the circumstances of each accident/injury, the lien parties involved, the policy language rights and state rules.
What we look for…
We’re looking for people with a passion for helping others, are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare related calls. Pharmacy Tech experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to successfully complete virtual training class. You cannot miss a day of training!
- High speed internet
- Customer Service Experience Required, Pharmacy Tech experience a plus!
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to type 20 words per minute
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma, GED or college degree
- Excellent communication skills
A successful completion of a background check is required for this position.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $18/hour.
