Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients in both English and Spanish. ```Duties:```
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer accounts and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products (make sure our customers are updated with samples)
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues or escalate them as needed

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience with outbound calling and sales is a plus
