Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representative Job Functions:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Establish and optimize Customer Service routines and processes for service repairs
- Troubleshoot common product or service issues
- Provide comprehensive information about our offerings
- Maintain accurate customer records with our software systems
- Build and update a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
- Generate Return Material Authorizations (RMA) using our software system
- Prepare repair estimates for customer instruments
- Process new and repair orders efficiently
- Inside sales phone support
- Follow up on sales leads and quotes via phone and email
- Support the Sales Team
- Perform additional assigned duties
Customer Service Representative Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Proficient in PC/Mainframe data entry and strong computer skills
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Demonstrated outstanding Customer Service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills:
- HVAC industry experience or knowledge
- Knowledge of ERP, CPQ, and CRM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
