Hi,
This is Leslie, a recruiter with Healthcare Support. I just wanted to reach out to you about our hiring for Bilingual Care Coordinator- Tucson and Phoenix AZ
Client:Landmark Health
Payrate: $19/hr (40 hrs a week)
Contract: 3 month contract to Permanent
Training Shift: Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm
**Position is required to be in office 2 days per week and work remotely 3 days
Days in office can be flexible but prefer Mondays and Tuesdays
What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position?
- Scheduling optimization. Agents will have to make sure all provider’s calendars are full, and if they need more appts, they will have to call patients to fill the gaps.
- Reminder calls. Agents will make reminder calls to patients that are scheduled on provider’s calendars for the next two days.
- Provider home visit Reporting follow up. Agents will have to call PCP offices and specialist to make sure patients are seeing by them, and they will have to get all their information (provider’s name, address, phone number and fax number)
*Will be working alongside 3 other Care Coordinators
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma/ GED
Bilingual - fluent in Spanish/ English
Personality! They work together as a team
Call center and healthcare experience is preferred but not required
Must have an admin/ clerical background and be comfortable with those tasks
Comfortable being on the phone all day
Must be a great multitasker
Ability to deal with problematic patients
Must have tenacity to learn a new field
Knowledge of Outlook and Excel, comfortable with metrics and reporting
