Form of work*Bilingual Call Center Opportunities in Daytona Beach, Florida*
- Training onsite for the first 4 weeks.
- Training schedule: 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday
- After training representatives will work 2 days onsite, 3 days remote.

Responsibilities:
- This person will be responsible for handling 40-50 inbound calls.
- The calls will pertain to homeowners' insurance claims and will be from borrowers, insurance agents and financial institutions.
- The CSR must be able to multi-task between various systems to research and document the phone calls.
- Problem solving and problem resolutions skills are required, as well as the ability to handle all calls in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Call Center or office administration, management, customer service, and/or Call Center experience required.
- Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating software system.
- Typing speed: at least 35 WPM.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Internet Connection.
