Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant Who We Are: DeFOUW Automotive is transforming the Automotive Sales and service industry. Simply put, you'll experience the best that a career in the automotive industry has to offer. What We Are Looking For: The Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant is bilingual in english and spanish. They facilitates every aspect of the car sales process including maintaining a strong customer database, greeting potential customers, inventory management, coordinating test drives, assisting with trade-in value, negotiating vehicle prices, and supporting the financing process. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining an excellent working relationship with our clients and providing exceptional customer service through direct contact or phone calls. Responsibilities: Greets customer on sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database Works with Sales and F&I Managers and negotiates sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of vehicle Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of vehicle Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle Attends and completes all required training and department meetings Regular, timely, and predictable attendance
Job Requirement: Must be fluent in English and Spanish Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the customers prior to and after the sale Must have the drive to succeed Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet insurability requirements of the dealership Exceptional communication skills Attention to detail Ability to promote DeFOUW as the dealership of choice for new and used vehicles sales and service Benefits Include: Our team members enjoy a positive working environment with opportunities for professional growth through training and advancement from within the organization.
