Salary: $60,000-$110,000

We are so grateful to be able to serve the community of Marion, Indiana!!!  We want to be the First place (and the last place) customers come for all of their automotive needs. To that end, we are looking for  AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANTS  to help our guests find  the  perfect car!!!!

Professional development and Training for our sales team is paramount.  We have a 20 day sales onboarding process which includes role playing and shadowing to get you up to speed. For experience sales candidates, we focus on specific processes with you so that you learn the GHA way.  We provide you the resources and time to cultivate your product knowledge and sales techniques which will ensure your success.  You will control your own destiny! Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
  • Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
  • Negotiating deals with customers
  • Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
  • Learning to overcome objections, closing sales, and performing all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
  • Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
  • Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales


Job Requirements:
  

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license required
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Evenings required
  • Automotive sales experience preferred
  • Self-driven and motivated to continuously learn and achieve results
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base preferred
  • Knowledge of current trends and news
