Job Duties and Responsibilities:Boost Mobile is looking for a talented BI Developer / Data Engineer who will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines for ETL processes. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Thoughtspot, and have a strong background in Data Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines for ETL processes
- Develop interactive and insightful dashboards using Tableau or other visualization tools
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis to extract valuable insights from large datasets
- Utilize advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for effective data presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance Data Engineering capabilities
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SQL
- 2+ years of experience with Thoughtspot or Tableau
- 1+ years of experience with Snowflake
- 3+ years of Advanced Excel proficiency
- 1+ years of Powerpoint experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in Data Engineering with a focus on telecom data (preferred)
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Telecom industry knowledge is a plus
