ABOUT THE JOB
Provide assistance and support for a department or functional area on a temporary basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work within the Business Intelligence team to gather, analyze, and interpret healthcare data from various sources including electronic health records, claims data, and patient surveys.
  • Understand and work with complex data models, data warehouses, and data integration solutions to enable effective analysis and reporting of healthcare data.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports that provide insights into healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven insights that can improve patient care, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of BI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
  • Stay up to date with the latest BI technologies, trends, and best practices in the healthcare industry.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Public Health or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions for healthcare organizations.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational database systems.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare privacy and security laws.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay Range: $50.00-60.00/hr
The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate's years of experience and/or skill level.
