InGenesis is seeking a BH Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to work with our client. In this role, you will be responsible for providing culturally primary care-focused behavioral health services and clinical consultation to patients with mental health needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform behavioral health screening, triage, evaluation, and assessment to determine the appropriate level of behavioral health care.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavior therapy, and contingency management.
- Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health intervention.
- Provide group interventions (treatment, psycho-education, health education).
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to encourage adherence to medical and behavioral health issues.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate referrals to existing community resources when indicated by assessed need.
- Work closely with the care team.
- Maintain current patient case records and prepare reports as indicated.
- Work flexible schedule as necessary.
- Review clinical interventions and case documentation with the Behavioral Health Director, and participate in staff meetings, training, case conferences, and peer review process.
- Perform other related clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Behavioral Health leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work/social welfare or doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology.
- Current California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- One year of directly related experience, including a background in primary care consultation, behavioral medicine, health psychology, or other relevant areas.
- Experience in school-based/community health settings and/or in serving low-income, multicultural populations.
- Bilingual (preferably Spanish) is highly desirable.
Physical Demands:
- Sitting, walking, and standing associated with normal medical/clinical office environment.
- Regular bending and stretching; and lifting.
- Manual dexterity used to include, but not limited to, standard office equipment, and computer keyboard.
- Traveling to work sites includes some exposure to outside elements.
- Reading and writing to review records for accuracy.
This position is dependent upon contract award.
