Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.'s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
Reporting into the Director of Merchandising DTC, the Merchant DTC will play an important role in the development and growth of the DTC business in both E-Commerce and Retail Channels. You will have at least 3 years of experience in both Buying and Merchandising within the fashion marketplace. You will partner with Global Merchandising, Creative, Design, and Operations to deliver the most consumer right assortment - keeping the consumer mindset at the forefront, while recognizing trends and translating to new product in a brand relevant way. This is a hybrid role and must be able to come to the office in Culver City, CA at least 3 times a week.

About You
The expected starting salary range for this role is $60,000-$104,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

About the Job
- Support the Director of Merchandising DTC by assisting in the coordination and management of the activities in the Merchandising Department
- Help with the product assortment strategy by influencing decisions throughout the product life cycle from pre-season planning to line plan reviews, buying, and in season opportunity
- Create and maintain of presentations and decks that help drive decision making and reviews, i.e.: Investment Review, Seasonal Hindsight, Monthly Store Map Visuals, Retail Store Assortments, Chase Style Deck
- Assist with compiling weekly reporting to facilitate in season actions to drive sales through merchandising and marketing opportunities as well as relay information for seasonal line plan adjustments and strategy creation,
- Research competition, trends, and marketplace strategies online and in-stores
- Support the buying process for both ecommerce and Retail Stores with ownership over important divisions of the company: Maternity, Plus, Bump and Men's
- Collaborate with E-commerce partners to ensure smooth launch of products/collections and maintenance of in-stock product merchandising
- Support all milestone meetings and be an important voice for the DTC business
- Track our performance and support weekly report reviews
- Plan out all monthly homepages and brief into Asana
- Be versed on all seasonal product, main strategies, and projects
- Partner with teams across the organization including merchandising, design, planning, sales, global sourcing, marketing and e-Com
- Produce Monthly Store Map Visuals for best in store merchandising
- Focus on the Plus Size, Maternity, Sleep & Men's divisions
- Order Rollup, Style Set Up and RLM entry of 3rd party orders for Ecommerce and Retail
- Assist with product collaborations for customer acquisition, revenue drivers, and product category tests
- Track Performance and Reorder needs
- Perform other ad hoc tasks
About You
- 3-5 years of experience in both Buying and Merchandising
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Power Point, Google Systems
- Math and data manipulation skills
- Exposure to/knowledge of RLM, Asana, or Shopify
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Highly organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, and able to prioritize multiple task
- Passionate about the brand and it's success
- Attained or working towards Fashion merchandising degree, business degree, or similar preferred
