Skills:

• 1+ years of HR, Diversity and Inclusion, event planning or project coordination experience.
• Detail and data oriented with impeccable follow through.
• Strong interest in process improvement - you love finding ways to make processes more efficient and streamlined.
• Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
• Creative, innovative, passionate, full of positive energy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with the Google Suite, Slack, Asana

Education:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience

Languages:English Read Write SpeakDuties:

• Support our Employee Resource Groups in achieving their strategic goals.
• Host bi-weekly leads meetings
• Support with affinity month planning
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding new leads and members
• Coordinate ERG Leadership offsites (venue and activity selection, book travel arrangements, draft itinerary and supporting materials)
• Document and maintain process procedures for the Belonging team.
• Create and manage team’s Asana board
• Develop and maintain employee self-service resources (Confluence).
• Organize and maintain accurate records in shared google drive
• Support other team ad hoc projects to include, but not limited to:
• Travel booking
• Calendar management
• Project management for our other flagship offerings (mentorship programs, etc.)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
