Aba Behavioral Therapist

ERA Behavioral Solutions, Inc is currently seeking caring and enthusiastic ABA Behavior Therapists/Technicians to work with children/ families with Autism and any other developmental disabilities.

• As an ABA Behavioral Therapist/Technician, you will provide 1:1 direct behavioral intervention at in-home, center-based, community, and/or school settings with use of ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills along with targeting to decrease inappropriate behaviors.
• Will collect and record data based on client behavior to demonstrate clients progress in reaching goals in place.
• Will Assist behavior analysts and assistant behavior analysts in the preparation of client materials.
