Become a Behavioral Technician with Alora Behavioral Health! As a Behavioral Technician, you will work with children in their homes helping them build stronger skills utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

As a Behavioral Therapist, you will:

• Play with a purpose
• Go through our thorough PAID training process to become comfortable and confident to provide services
• Make a difference in lives

• Work 1:1 with clients following individualized and evidence-based interventions (created and supported by your supervisor)
• Collect data throughout the session and complete after session notes to track client progress
• Have the opportunity to make your own schedule
• Maintain strong communication with families and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree *No Experience Necessary! Training Provided!*
• A strong desire to make a meaningful and lasting difference
• Available during most afternoons and evenings (Sessions typically occur between, but not limited to, the hours of 12pm-8pm)
• Must be 18 y/o or older
• No degree? It's ok! Minimum HS diploma AND 1 Year Experience in ABA/related field required
  • Pay Range $19-21 for No Degree
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Criminal background check clearance
• Access to reliable transportation - You will be traveling to client homes to provide services

• Minimum availability of 80 hours monthly- Any availability between 12pm-8pm Monday through Friday welcome

**Pay Decided Upon Employment based on location, education, certifications, and experience.

***MUST BE AVAILABLE a minimum of (3-4) three to four weekdays inclusive of (3) afternoons/evenings per week (evenings represent after 2:30pm PST) with a minimum of at least (4) four hour shift - Weekend availability preferred but not required. Candidate must work a minimum of 80 hours avg. to maintain employment with ABH.

Service expectations include traveling up to a 15-mile radius of your location**

Other Qualities We Appreciate... but are not required:

• Bilingual a plus; High need for Spanish speaking candidates
• Bachelor's degree; background in human services, child development, ABA, early childhood education, liberal studies, nursing, psychology, or sociology
• 1+ years of experience working with children/adults with neuro-diversities
• Active RBT certification
• Some weekend availability helpful, but not required

Our agency has been providing behavior intervention services since 1983 and is continuously looking for committed, hard-working, honest and caring individuals to join our team. We are seeking staff that can work in various parts of San Bernardino, including Rialto, Fontana, Bloomington, Rancho Cucamonga, Colton, etc. Staff are NOT required to cover all areas and we will seek to assign you cases in a reasonable coverage area.

The applicant should be aware that work hours tend to be most frequently available in the afternoons and evenings. Weekend scheduling with more mornings available is possible, but is not required. At this time we are seeking new staff to work primarily in-home.
