Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop and implement behavior support plans based on individual needs.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation.
Experience:
- Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Knowledge of behavioral interventions and strategies.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of working with people with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Ability to conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis for treatment planning purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of behavioral interventions and strategies for behavior support planning.
