About this role
As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the participant, their family, and their team for the purpose of developing a Behavior Support plan that must include positive practices and will not include restraint procedures (physical, chemical, or mechanical) as support strategies. Conduct comprehensive functional assessments and developing Behavior Support plans which utilize positive strategies to support the participant based on functional behavioral assessments. This position requires an extensive amount of travel throughout northeast and/or central Pennsylvania.

Does the following apply to you?
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Education; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field AND working under the close supervision of a Master’s Level Clinician
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Valid PA driver’s license in good standing
Preferred but not required:
- PA licensed Behavior Specialist (LMS)
