Position Summary: As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in our healthcare team, contributing to the well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Observing, reporting, and recording patient behaviors.
• Providing high-quality patient care, including assessment, psycho-diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapies, as well as discharge planning.
• Ensuring a safe and secure unit environment in compliance with hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
• Being motivated to achieve the financial and operational objectives of the hospital.
• Possessing effective communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse team to deliver top-notch patient care.

Educational Requirements:

• Current LCSW, LPC, LBP, or LMFT License from the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for the same.
• CPR/AED certification.
• MAB Managing Aggressive Behavior training.

Salary: Competitive salary range of $64,000 to $95,000, with negotiable signing bonus.
