Form of workProvides Behavioral Health Therapy/Services for inpatients, assessments, progress notes and discharge summaries. As an active member of the Treatment Team, designs and implements individual treatment goals and interventions. Conducts individual and group therapy using a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavior therapy.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Recreation, Art and Music Therapy or related therapy field. (Required)
Experience
1 Year experience in organizing and conducting therapeutic activities with an adult inpatient psychiatric population or a combination of education and experience totaling 1 year direct patient contact. (Required)
General Experience in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavior therapy (Preferred)
License/Certifications
CTRS - Cert Ther. Recr. Specialist (Preferred) or ATR - Registered Art Therapist (Preferred)
