We are looking for BIPOC Behavioral Therapist to join our team and provide therapeutic support to individuals struggling with addiction. The ideal candidate will have a background in depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues, LGBTQAI+, substance abuse, grief, and BIPOC related issues. The successful candidate will be culturally attuned to BIPOC issues while working in a safe and supportive environment with fellow BIPOC clinicians. We offer clinical supervision to provide guidance and advice on how to make positive changes in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct assessments of patient's mental health needs.
- Provide evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families about addiction and mental health issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
