Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for seniors, tailoring interventions to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with caregiving teams to develop and implement holistic care plans.
- Provide support and education to families and staff on Behavioral Health strategies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Current state licensure in Psychology or Counseling.
- Experience working with seniors or in long-term care settings is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
