If you have a passion for helping others, Highland Rivers may be the place for you.The Behavioral Health Therapist in the outpatient setting would be responsible for completion of Behavioral Health Assessments for both mental health and substance use, Treatment Plans, and provision of Individual, Group and/or Family Therapy based on clinician training and agency needs. The Mental Health Clinician would also be responsible for agency or outside program referrals according to assessment findings and specific individual needs.Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 for LCSW, LPC or LMFT Sign-On Bonus of $3,000 for Associate License, LAPC, LMSW or LAMFTDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide mental health/substance abuse assessments as required.
- Identify and assign Addictive Diseases recommended treatment (ASAM Levels)
- Attend case staffing meetings as directed by Site Director/Clinical Supervisor.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy as required or indicated.
- Develop Individual Service Plans with clients utilizing the assessment tools approved by DBHDD.
- Initiate referrals to case management, advocacy groups, substance abuse, and outreach programs, skills training groups, social rehabilitation, and counseling.
- Intervene, stabilize and manage acute crisis situations as needed.
- Adhere to service delivery requirements to include daily/monthly/yearly billable hours, failed activities, failed claims, and timely access to services.
- Adhere to all documentation requirements and standards.
- Ensure and maintain appropriate usage and allotment of units authorized per service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality for all indirect/direct service in accordance with agency policies and HIPPA policies.
