We are seeking individuals to work directly with adolescent females, ages 12-18. Professional Youth Mentors teach our clients by delivering specialized treatment throughout their day-to-day activities such as school, meal time, and recreation. You will assist the youth in developing critical life skills and help foster self esteem and emotional growth as part of the clinical treatment team. Must be patient yet assertive, reliable, outgoing, honest, have the ability to quickly problem solve in high stress situations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a career in mental health, Behavioral Health or social work.
This is a full time position with a full benefits package after 60 days. Benefits offered are full medical coverage at no cost to the employee; also available are dental, vision, short and long term disability, life insurance, and 401k with a 4% match. As our clients reside with us full time the ideal candidates will have flexible schedules and be available to work either mornings and/or evenings, including some weekends and holidays. Weekend shifts receive a 25% base pay bonus! Holidays are double-pay.
Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check (for State Licensing).
New Hire Drug Testing, and random drug testing is required.

- We schedule 2 shifts every day, 7-3 and 3-11. Your schedule may include some time in each shift, and there is an expectation of working 1-2 weekend shifts. In return, there is a 25% bonus pay for weekend work! Will you have the flexibility to meet this schedule requirement?
