Behavioral Health Technician - 3Rd Shift

We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support our clients and staff. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is an integral part of our clients’ well-being and our daily operations. The BHT is the frontline support to our clients, going through every motion of the day with our clients. Schedule: 11pm-7am

Hourly Rate: $13-15/hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with intake process with new clients into program.
• Communicates with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, responsible for detail client logs.
• Listens to clients concerning all areas of treatment, maintains safe, orderly, and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.
• Coordinates activities including lectures, recreation, and meetings.
• Mandatory bed checks conducted as required per department, complete bed-check sheet for shift reporting.
• Ensures client schedule is being followed daily.
• Follows objectives of treatment plans.
• Monitor medication line.
• Transports clients to meetings and recreation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
