KHS reasonably expects to pay starting compensation for the position of Behavioral Health Senior Support Clerk in the range of $16.05 - $21.02 hourly.

Job Summary
This position reports to the Behavioral Health (BH) Supervisor this position provides support to the Behavioral Health Program by performing a variety of administrative support functions including clerical and outreach and engagement to our eligible and enrolled BH members, BH Provider sites, and our community partner agencies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to use computers programs efficiently including Microsoft office
- A willingness to work effectively in a team
- Provide member resources such as customer service related to the BH.
- Data Entry in JIVA and QNXT systems, including uploading approved documents in JIVA per B department workflow.
- Perform outreach duties when needed, follow up calls to providers for appointment monitoring: when being scheduled, and when appointments are finished/attended, notifying appropriate BH staff of missed appointments,
- Process and track consents from Member Portal, sending out consents to be signed by members and follow up if signatures were needed on the care plans and consent forms
- Coordinate the referral tracking system between BH staff, other KHS departments and external providers
- Responsible for issuing letters (UTC, Appointment letters, education, resources, care plans to members), package letters, and put them up for mailing,
- Process returned mail
- Completes calls related to patient satisfaction as directed by management.
- Assisting with monitoring provider network adequacy, outreach to providers to find out information about services offered.
- Coordinate department meetings including arranging the location, disseminating the agenda and invitations, ordering meals if appropriate, attending the meeting, and creating and dissimilating the meeting minutes.
- Operates a variety of office machines such as, copier, facsimile, scanner and multiple line telephone systems.
- Faxing any documents, monitoring faxes make it to providers, confirming receipt, and documenting receipt.
- Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports
- Complete testing and validation for new projects and processes
- Organizes and maintains departmental files, records.
- Maintains marketing materials inventory.
- Utilizes computer for detailed data entry.
- Assist with ordering and tracking of gift cards.
- Assist with ordering office supplies as needed.
Other Functions:
- Assists management staff and other co-workers in completing special projects, as assigned.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures relative to employment and job responsibilities.

Employment Standards:
Education: High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Additional years of experience within a medical environment may substitute education.
Experience: One (1) or more years of recent experience in the Behavioral Health care field with a high degree of problem solving and decision making. Strong telephone and communication skills required. Preferred experience in a patient centered medical home. Bilingual Strongly Preferred.
Certifications: BLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hire or transfer.
Knowledge of: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computerized on-line data entry systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Products or its equivalence. Must be highly motivated, organized, and flexible, and possess good time management skills. Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in data entry and report content.
Other:Possession of valid driver's license and proof of State required auto liability insurance. Required Travel Up to 20%.
