Must live at least 50 miles from the facility

Requirements:

• 2 years of RN experience (REQUIRED)
• 2 years of Behavioral Health RN experience (REQUIRED)
• 1 year of PEDS experience (REQUIRED)
• Active Ohio License (REQUIRED)
• Covid vaccination record (REQUIRED)

Required Certifications:

• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS
